A SPECIAL PLACE IN THE BULL CREEK VALLEY

Established by the State of Missouri in 2003 as an incorporated Village and encompassing approximately 4,500 acres within the Cook Creek and Bull Creek drainage, Saddlebrooke provides the natural setting that all residents love.

Our neighbors are the Mark Twain National Forest and Busiek State Forest with all of their varied wildlife.

Situated off of US Highway 65 between Springfield and Branson, our community provides the easy access to larger city amenities while allowing residents the enjoyment of seeing amazing star filled nights and the sights and sounds of nature.

The Village has many interesting and unique houses including 2007 and 2020 Home of the Year winners as chosen by 417 Magazine.

There is a Property Owners Association (saddlebrookepoa.com) with architectural controls and covenants to protect property values for all residents.

The information on this site provides a wide range of information about the village.  We don't think it gets any better than this and don't forget to wave when you drive through!
